Thorsminde lock consists of 12 gates and one passage gate. The lock operation is managed according to a lock practice adopted by the Lock Committee.
We have found som different data about the operation of the lock
Hyde.dk has made it posasible for you to follow the flow of water throgh the lock on a curve. If the curve is above 0, there is inward flow. If the curve is below 0, there is an outflow.
If you hold the mouse over the points on the curve, You can see the time and amount of water in the flow
This data is published by the Coastal Directorate at kyst.dk, and here you can see whether the lock gates are open or closed and calculated water flow. In addition, you can see local water levels, wind and weather data used in lock operation. Both measured data and forecasts from DMI.
At the bottom of the page you have the option to retrieve historical data.
In the tables, "1" marks that the sluice gate is open and "0" that the sluice gate is closed.
