You have the option to sort the informations in the lists on this page. If you click on the fields in the red circles, a "drop-down" will open, where you can select what you want to see in the list.

For example, you can choose to find all the caught salmon on a particular beat on wich the adipose fin is cut. Simply combine the different filters.

If you click the column headings in the blue circles, you can use the small gray triangular arrows to change the view so that the column has either increasing or decreasing values. It can make it easier to find exactly what you are looking for.
