The Holstebro og Omegns Fiskeriforening has approx. 85 km of fishing water in the Storå system within Holstebro Municipality. Of this, approx. 44 km are salmon wsters.
We sell day Angling Permits for almost all beats, and under the tab "Fishing" you will find maps that show You where. The yellow markings show the fishing rights on the north side and the orange markings show the fishing rights on the south side. The black markings are members only and not for day licences.
Prices for day Angling Permits are as follows:
Zones 1 to 5, which are salmon water, are the price
From 16th of April to 30th of April DKK 550 per day (Young people under 18 DKK 275.00) (the card applies to all 5 zones)
From 1st of May to 15th of October DKK 350 per day (Young people under 18 DKK 175.00) (the card applies to all 5 zones)
Zones 7 to 10, which are not defined as salmon waters, the price is DKK 200.00 per day (Young people under 18 DKK 100.00) (the card applies to all 5 zones). Period 1st of March – 31st of October
Zone 6, which is Vandkraftsøen, is the price DKK 50.00 per day for people who live outside Holstebro Municipality. (the card only applies to the lake).
The fishing is subject to rules, which you can find under the "Fishing" tab and there you will also find a list of our parking lots and how to find them, as well as the special rules imposed on some of the parking lots an the beats..
The price of the day Angling Permits includes a contribution of DKK 25.00 to the HOF's Gravel Fund. This Fund is used for the purchase and laying of spawning gravel for projects on lays in the Storå system, which HOF implements alone together with beat owners or in collaboration with Holstebro municipality and other stakeholders.
